While we offer 24/7 emergency service with minimal wait times and same-day clinic appointments, Legacy Suites is an independent living facility. To qualify as an independent living facility, there are criteria that need to be met and specific services need to be available to patients. This includes:

Base Fees for Legacy Suites Per Month
- $1,525 per month for a one-bedroom apartment
- $1,150 per month for a studio apartment

- All-Call System (similar to Lifeline)
- Light housekeeping weekly
- Laundry facility on-site
- Yearly deep cleaning
- Storage units per apartment
- Basic cable television
- All utilities included (except landline phone)
- 24-hour availability of trained staff
- Maintenance of apartment and grounds
- Mail delivery and pickup
- Exercise and activities room
- Common and private dining areas
- Fire detection system
- Storm shelter
- Door and closed-circuit TV security system
- Free wireless internet access
- Neighborhood kitchen and facility

New Service Options
- Medication setup: $150 per month
- Medication administration: $350 per month
- Assistance with showering: $25 per month
- After-hours use of call light: $25 per month
